coaching Background/Certifications

Coach Tillman graduated from Texas A&M University where he received a bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and a Masters Degree in Sports Physiology. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength & Conditioning Association (NSCA). Coach Tillman spent two years working with Texas A&M Baseball as the Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach, with one of those years having Texas A&M go to the College World Series. Before his time at Texas A&M, Coach Tillman spent time in the private sector and at the High School level working as a sports performance coach.

Just in the past two years Coach Tillman has trained numerous professional and college baseball players and has had 13 High School athletes go on to play Division 1.

Tillman Sports Performance has been home to numerous Major & Minor League Baseball players such as Tyler Naquin, Bryce Miller, Asa Lacy, Khristian Curtis, Kasey Kalich, Trevor Werner, Joseph Menefee, and Dylan Rock.
